1. Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Agentic Solutions. By installing, accessing, or using our software and related services, you agree to this EULA.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Agentic Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your internal business purposes.
3. License Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the software except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Updates and Changes
We may provide updates, patches, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may also modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
6. Third-Party Services
The software may connect with third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and Agentic Solutions is not responsible for them.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the software may involve processing business data and personal information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The software, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Agentic Solutions and its licensors. This EULA grants a license, not a transfer of ownership.
9. Fees and Payment
If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees under the order or subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
10. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies under your control.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the software.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic Solutions from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the software or your violation of this EULA or applicable law.
